LUCKY MBEWE - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lucky Mbewe is a Social Development and Human Rights Activist by profession with over 10 years’ practical experience leading civil society advocacy including conducting awareness campaigns on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for young people. He has sound advocacy skills focusing on diverse issues including Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights specifically for young people and most marginalized communities, child rights, meaningful youth participation and empowerment, gender and governance issues. He poses a MSc. degree in Project Management obtained from Cavendish University, Zambia in 2014. He has been exposed to high level policy events like the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) and Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in New York, participated in the establishment of the Reproductive Health Advocacy Network for Africa (RHANA) based in Nairobi, Kenya with support from IPPFARO. He is currently serving as Chairperson for African CSO League on SRHR.

Aggie has a BSc in Environmental Health at the University of Malawi, the Polytechnic.
She is working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
DICKSON McDOFF KAZEMBE

Dickson has a BSc in Environmental Health from the University of Malawi, the Polytechnic.
He is working as a field facilitator.
"My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently to the highest possible standard; I focus on delivering quality Administrative support."
Diana holds a Diploma in Business Management for Association of Business Executive(ABE) but pursuing an Advance Diploma.
She is working as an Administrative Assistant.
MPHATSO CHIKONDI MTEMBENUZENI
"I am a conscientious person who has passion in working with communities and helping them realize their potential towards their own development. "
Mphatso holds a Bachelors of Arts in Humanities, Performing Arts (Drama), from Chancellor College, University of Malawi.
She is working as a Project Officer.
"I strongly believe that as girls we must stand up for ourselves, we must stand up for each other and also stand up for justice for all. My passion is to raise awareness on the importance of educating the girl child because they will never be a good world until girls are a part of it."
Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Humanities) from the University of Livingstonia (UNILIA).
She is working as a Program Support Officer.
"I am passionate about girls and youth empowerment in Malawi. I have worked with young girls in building their capacity to demand and access youth friendly SRH services from hard to reach areas where harmful cultural practices often pose as a barrier to access SRHR services."
Prisca holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture majoring in Family science.
She is currently working as a Capacity Building and Training Coordinator.

Joseph holds a Bachelor in Community Development from Blantyre International University (MW), certificate in Community Development from Magomero College (MW) and certificate in community based work with children and youth from University of Kwazulu Natal(RSA).
He is currently working as District coordinator.

Bettie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a major in Social Work, at the Catholic University of Malawi.
She is working as a Programme Officer.

Mussa Black is a seasoned children, youth and women rights promoter and protector. He believes and strives for equity in all aspects of life for everyone to be happy. He has vast experience in human and child rights promotion and protection, community mobilization for positive change and paralegal skills for effective justice delivery.
DICKSON VIWEME SUMPHI
Dickson is a logical, hardworking and Committed Statistician with a passion
for data and information. Besides, he is an accredited and seasoned ICT
specialist. He possesses strong communication & IT skills, sound M&E
capacities, and has a vast experience in data analysis, interpretation and
presentation. He is extremely organised with a keen eye for detail, and He
always ensures that the work is completed on time and to a high standard.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Statistics and
Computing from The Polytechnic, University of Malawi.
He is currently working as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and ICT
Martha is an accountant by profession and holds a Bachelors of Accountancy (BAC) from Riverton University. She has over 7 years practical and hands on experience in Financial Management and has been able to manage multiple and large based grants on International Accounting Standards (IAS). She is experienced in using various financial accounting packages among them QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Excel.
She is working with CYECE as Finance Manager.

Rhobina has a Diploma in Rural and Community Development and a certificate in computer studies.
